I am looking for a Hayabusa Helmet, Copper/Silver (size xl)

Shoei has a open face helmet call 'God Speed 2" it has a motif of a bull skull, 3-dimensional and resembles the front of the bike and it is a cool copper colour. Pity it is available only on a open face and not a full face

I painted my own helmet to match my Copper Busa... I don't have a picture of it right now. I couldn't stand the fact that I was riding a bike with a helmet that doesn't match. It turned out pretty good too...

You can get one painted by anyone who knows how to paint, you can get the paint yourself from ColoRite or anywhere else, so that it matches perfectly.

Otherwise, good luck! I saw the Suzuki helmet that matched my bike, but it had avery other color but copper... well, it did a little bit but I think it looks like crap.

I just bought a "Racing Red" Arai to go with my Red 2K Busa. The color it really close. I feel a little like a RUB riding around looking this pretty.

SoreHead, I have seen the picture of the Busa helmet. It is in the Suzuki Accessory Cat. available at your local Suzuki dealer. The Helmet itself is actualy made by "Shoei" for Suzuki.

Does anyone know where I could see a pic of the Busa helmet and also the email or phone number of a supplier. They don't seem to sell them in Ireland, the UK or France.

I'll be trying a few other countries over here in europe but if any of you US boys could help it would be great.

You should be able to get hold a Suzuki apparell catalog at any dealer in the U.S. I would think they would be able to fax you info or go to the Suzuki cycle website there are numbers to call or write.

ps. I have seen the match for the copper busa and was not that impressed with the match. I would have thought Shoei could have done a better job with the color.

Forget the 'Busa helmet...get an Arai. Once you don it you will be glad you chose Arai.

The "matching" Shoei Helmet for the copper 'Busa is an RF800, heavy, bulky with tight fit, and looks cheap. Dealer wanted $350. I tried it and hated it. However, the black matching helmet "looks" better. They are discontinued.

Like Falcon Fool says go for the Arai (I'm thinking Quantum /f/e Kocinski Gold)or the new Shoei XPSII in black. www.helmetshop.com best prices so far.
