Hayabusa problems

Hi guys,I'm really stuck and can't find whats wrong, basically the bike will stutter every now and then and when cursing at 80 @ 4500 rpm the bike acts like a brake pad grabs the disc but it's like clockwork until you change throttle position? You can also hear a popping in the background of the exhaust note when cruising at higher speeds! Things I've ruled out 1 power commander 5 2:fuel pressure is spot on at any rpm as I have a gauge fitted! 3: charging seems ok too......The bike is a gen1 and it's got a turbo fitted too, another wierd problem is the AFR gauge has indicator blocks round the outside of the counter with boost pressure in the centre,at the point of the stumbling I loose the AFR BLOCKS and the boost goes to 0? The bike was doing this way before I fitted the turbo so that's nothing to do with it but it's just interesting that the AFR gauge picks up on it? I've also changed maps on the fly and that has no effect, today I plugged in a TRE and again no effect!

I think when it's reading 0 in the center that is the point of atmospheric pressure. No boost or vacuum. Do you have any codes showing up? What is your a.f ratio? Almost sounds like your running lean being you feel like your hitting a wall. Are you adding fuel with a fmu?

Hi guys, turns out the PCV was bad from day 1!!! dynojet replaced under warranty and she runs super sweet now!
