It doesn't look all that bad. It is a great idea for someone that has some type of physical disability. If I was in situation where I couldn't ride a regular motorcycle this would be a pretty good option.

There was a good story on Super Bikes where a guy was paralyzed from the waist down and they were able to fabricate a system where 2 arms swung down from the tail section when he got to a slow enough speed. I thought it was a pretty cool setup on how they did that.
