I let one on my HD buddies ride my busa and it scared the living daylights out of him. He won't go near it anymore...to each his own. Some riders just like to go slow.

Congrats and welcome to the board! Post up pics of that bike.

...Have fun, ride safe...

There's a few of us former HD riders here. Riding certainly does become more "fun" when you're on a 'busa.

(I still love Harley's, though - it's a great company!)

Congrats on MOVING UP!

I had a Harley too...once I got the Busa, I never looked back...I'm still surrouned by Harley riders, but I'm having a blast...

Sounds like Rdkill's story.

Met Rdkill on the San Diego ride a few months ago.

He told me he is a cruiser mechanic, and that was all he road, but for specific reasons he bought a Busa (my jaw dropped, but he said the Busa was more comfortable and easier on his back than the cruisers, I figured a cruiser would be more comfortable)

So if you need a HD to Busa support group, look up Rdkill. Some cool peeps and did the same thing you did.

Welcome to the board btw

Welcome and congratulations, as a fellow HD rider the busa is a nice change. I still ride both bikes and the both make me appreciate the other. I took my wife on the Busa for the 1st time yesterday she likes the harley better.
