Hi I had a problem with vibration from the front end mostly when braking and cornering. Thought it might have been the head bearings so I've stripped the whole front end ready for the bearings to go in.
Currently waiting for a socket to remove the stem nuts but one thing I've noticed is that the collar (dust seal?) under both nuts rotates freely by hand, not when the stem is turned.
Would this indicate that the nuts are slack and a likely cause of my problem?
