Headlight Cover

Can anyone guide me or help me? I am looking for a clear film,(not plastic cover)that i can put over my headlight glass to protect it from rocks and chips...thanks Joey

You can give 'Stonguard' a call. They make film covers for a lot of bikes. I don't see the Busa on their website, probably because of the challenging shape of our headlight. Anyway give them a try ... www.stongard.com

3M makes what you're looking for. It's a heavy gauge clear poly vinyl film that comes with an adhesive backing. You cut it to shape, remove the backing, then apply the film after first wetting the film and the surface you plan to mount it on with a water/rubbing alcohol solution (this lets you slide the film around until it's properly positioned). Use a body-work squeegee to work out any air bubbles, let it dry, and your set. Most body work supply shops carry it.
