I bet it is a mod. I have seen aftermarket driving lights that are round with multiple lenses just like that.

That is a HID headlight from an Infiniti Q45. The gatlin gun look is pretty neat. How they rigged it into a Hayabusa Fairing is any ones guess... But I am also willing to bet that 1 you can no longer aim it, and 2 it doesn't work as well as the factory headlight assembly with a HID conversion.
