Need to comment on how much I enjoy commuting with heated gear, its changed the dreaded cold mornings here in AZ
For me it would get uncomfortable below 50 degrees, but now with my Tourmaster jacket liner its so much more bearible. In fact I just ordered up the gloves to go with it. Now I will commute year round except on rainy days

Nice combo. You ought to be nice and toasty in all of that gear. You'll probably be fine with a good set of water/windproof gloves rather than electric since your core temperature and its benefits to bloodflow will allow your hands and even fingertips to remain warm with that heated vest.
