HEL master cylinder spigot

Has anyone ever fitted one of these spigots to a master cylinder which?

I can’t see how it’s going to fit?

And what are you reffering to as a spigot?
If you mean a speed bleeder, or bleeder or any type, there is no need, as there is a bleeder screw on the master cylinder already, and also where a speed bleeder would go.

I mean the spigot that flows oil from the reservoir
