It's a Lockhart Phillips. Bought it about 4 years ago or so. Have used it on my CB1000 and the Busa. Speed tested to 160, didn't move at all. Hell, my brother just uses a bungie net and straps a pack onto the back seat...tested to about the same speed that I know of. If you have a bag like this securely attached, it shouldn't move after a whole day of sport touring.

The faceshield is an Arai OEM blue irridium...but it's kinda funky, the color changes from purple to blue depending on the light and the angle you look at it.

What is the rear bag? Who makes it and do you worry about it on a bumpy road doing 100 mph? I had one on my last bike and I had to keep reaching back to adjust it and make sure it was still there.
