My girlfriend just noticed I have a rear flat tire(sitting in the garage, Thank God) . I removed the wheel, but I need info concerning re-mounting the brake disc. Is there a PATTERN to follow to torque?....What is the TORQUE SPEC.? ...or is there one? ( I know to use loctite.) I'm pretty sure my tire guy will be able to find and mount me a tire tomorrow. I hope anyway, I have a ride with my Dad Sunday, and wouldnt miss it for the world. I used search but couldnt find any info for torque pattern or spec.

don't know the torque spec but i always use a cross pattern to put the rotors back on. never had a problem on my stunter, and i rely heavily on my rear brake.

anyone with a manual help???

yup, just like on a car. as far as the torque specs, on the 1000RR it's 14ft-lbs. i'm sure if u stay within that range, u should be good. perhaps a tad bit more. sorry i can't be more help.

JUST CURIOUS WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE DISC OFF? WE CHANGE THEM ALL THE TIME WITH THE DISC ON THE WHEEL , JUST WANDERING IF THEY WOULD BE A ISSUE THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OFF
