It's been a few years since I've worked on my 2002 Hayabusa. Today I started a sprocket and chain replacement and noticed a couple parts laying on the floor mixed with all the goo and crud that fell out (from the sprocket cover area).
It's a shiny black plastic "bushing" with a flat on one side and a slot in it.
Thought I'd ask here before I spend too much time through trial/error trying to figure out where it goes and how it's positioned.
I'll post a pic when I have a chance to run out to the garage.
I think it's PN 11362-24F00 but I still can't really appreciate where it was in the assembly. It was covered in dirt and chain lube, so obviously was in that direct vicinity.
