Help Navigating ECU Tuning

Hello folks,
It seems this is a bit of an options forest for the Gen 3s. Can someone point me in the right directions.

I am looking to adjust and refine myself. I have a moderate amount of experience tuning Motecs for cars. Not against starting from an other tune eg. the BT Moto.
I don't want something locked, don't want pops and bangs, and don't want 1:1 throttle mapping below 10% TPS.
Would ideally like to keep fuel cut and massage it for smoother operation rather than disable.
Replacing the O2s with wide bands and leveraging that for data logging / preserving economy at partial TP / low load settings, while optimizing top end for smooth torque curves and rideability on track. Not a fan of aggressive or bleeding edge ignition timing at high power settings.
Would like to be able to adjust acceleration maps again for rideability and smooth transitions.
Would be keen to tweak and sharpen up QS parameters, remove speed limiters etc.

Mods:
R's Gear Ti full system
PAIR delete
Sprint filter
BT Moto stacks
(Might also do Yoshi ST1 Cams at some point.)
98-100 RON fuel.

What are my best options here? Short of building a dyno room not super budget constrained (but don't tempt me!)

That is really kind of you @Dustin02, huge time saver, thank you, do you know what the resolution of their autotune is? IIRC the DJ PV is 10Hz which is really too slow.

Anyone know if we can tune rather than just disable the following features with WRT or if there is a way to get a preview of the software?
  • Disable Stock O2 Sensor
  • Disable Deceleration Fuel Cut

No problem. Can't remember the sample rate of their software is, but I think it's mentioned in one of their user guides. Everything is available for download on their website, and they have a whole free class you can take online now.
