Help!  Mine won't run right either

Here is the story The bike is fouling the plugs real bad...it does not want to keep running especially if I open the throttle more than idle...if I keep it open at 3-4k it will eventually quite all together.

Here are the new specs after the recent rebuild (In addition to the Motorhead Turbo Sys)

JE Low comp pistons
HD valve springs (65lb)
.080 base spacer
plugs gapped at .020
Fuel pressure set at 45# using TMH's 45# map

I checked every vacuum hose and all are routed correctly and no kinks
I checked the fuel lines and all are routed correctly with no kinks
The TP sensor is set correct according to the dealer mode TP diagnostic
I cleaned and re-installed the plugs but I get the same results
I also disconnected the PC and it stills runs crappy

I cannot think of what might be causing this...can anyone with any ideas or suggections please give me a direction to go to resolve this...the bike has been down for weeks now...I need to ride

Sounds to Me like the cam timing is wayyy off.

If you don't know how to check or set the cam timing, try to get it to someone that does and then post the results here.

With the J&E's and the spacer you need to install adjustable cam sprockets or the cam timing will be way off...  you did put in the adjustable cam sprockets, right?

Yeah...got all that. We got it fixed...it WAS the cam timing...off 15 degrees.

Seems to be running better but the a/f seems to be off in spots.

It feels like there is a flat spot around 3500-4200
