Help Needed

We are trying to cut down the weight that we have to haul down to the Gap, from New England.
What we are looking for is people, that live closer to bring a Propane tank!
We need at least 5 to 6 of them!
Last year, Dave brought 3 and i, brought 4 total!
We will need them to be available, all week, so with that said, please post up, if your going to be there all week!
Also please Pm me or Dave and let us know!

I can bring a tank up if needed, and I have 2 5' or 6' tables I can bring up. I won't be there until Friday around 0800 if you guys need me to bring them up.

I had called one of the churches in town to see about borrowing or renting tables and chairs. I was put in touch with a very nice woman who apparently knows everyone and everything.

I called her today after getting a call back from the church and she in turn gave me the name of someone who has access to tables and chairs.

I'll let you know what I find out.

Okay....here's the deal. I can probably get 4-6 tables and some chairs from one or two of the churches in town. My contact is going to call around this week and call me back. She has asked that if we are going to borrow them that we: 1. make sure they are covered from the weather (rain, snow, sleet ) 2. that they are treated respectfully (of course they will be!) 3. be returned by 9am Sunday morning AND 4. make a donation to their "Good Samaritan Fund".

Got the call today. We have available to us 9 tables from the church down the street from the Phillips. They are still trying to get chairs for us.
