Help Please... House Mouse Birthday dinner

Its my lil' House Mouse's birthday today. Want to serve up a nice meal.We eat out 4-5 times a week,so she really likes some Rubbah home cookin'.

Ideas on best way to prepare:

Icelandic scallops? (maybe bacon wrapped)?
Prawn kabobs? (no idea)

I'm fairly handy in the kitchen,but wouldn't mind some friendly advice.
The rest of the meal will consist of her favorite cheese (smoked guyre) atop fresh bread with baked garlic. A nice steak. 3 cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce and just some fresh pineapple to finish. I chose a Wolf Blass chardoney and some Baileys for later. kind of a mixed bag,but some of her favourites.

Got her a couple new games for her nintendo ds (she loves that thing) and will head out this afternoon for a little diamond shopping.

Any ideas on food or gifts greatly appreciated.
