Actually I did drop the front. I made 1 and a quarter inch spacers for the triple clamp out of some aluminum stock. I cannot aford the nice top plates that allow more dropage, and I had a schnitz strap hanging in the garage left over from the r1. So I threw it on to further cut down on weight transfer. I want to try it out, before I make a call on it.

Ok makes sense to me to use what you got in the garage first.
