Help with mapping after Yosh pipe

I was wondering if anyone could suggest what mapping I should use after installing my new Yosh Duplex? and also, if anyone has a Yosh pipe, did they supply you with the blockoff plates for the PAIR system, if not, wher the hell could I get them?
