help with rear axle spacer placement.

I have had my bike apart for about a month now...new tires getting my wheels polished new sprocket etc..... I am finally putting back together and I am drawing a little bit of a blank on the rear axle spacer placement.

Out of the 3 spacers the shortest goes on the out side of the gear hub (left side of the wheel) the long one goes in between the gear hub and the wheel and the tapperd one or the middle lengthed one goes on the out side of the right side of the wheel where the brake is.

Is this correct?
