Help with stablizer

My stablizer seems loose to me, but i have never had a stablizer before so i don't know if it is loose or just fine. Please help me becasue i think this is the noise that i have been wondering about.

Steering stabilizer?  If so either grab it and wiggle it to see if it moves then try to tighten the screws. If you still think it is where the noise is coming from, pull it out and check the dampening oil.

If you mean steering damper..Yes they tend to be a bit ''knocky''.

Yes, i meant the steering stabilizer or damper. I have checked the bolts to see if they are tight and they are. How do i check the oil? Can the bushing just be going back or does that usually not happen.
