How come I can't upload a wave file?

Okay well now this is great, I have people viewing this but no input.
Well now your all alot of help.

Okay crazzy; heres what you need to do,
open the file and chop it up so you can read the source code and change all the 1's to 0's.
Then save it as a .JPG.
Then import it to excell and do a query on it and see how many 0's there are. You can only have so many 0's.
after that delet a bunch of 0's then save it as a .doc file.
Now e-mail it to you self and see if you can get a bunch of viruses to attach to it. (make sure you turn your firewall off and disable all antivirus services).
open any .EXE that is attached to the file.
Then call your local IT department and tell them this file messed up you computer, and you didn't do anything it just did it all by it self.
Then send the file back to where you got if from and tell them it don't work and your not sure WHAT THE F$#@ IS WRONG.
