Help.....

Just installed Brocks streetsmart 3 system with his map and bike barely runs, smokes and runs like chit. Barely idles, and I couldn't even make it around the block. I did the large air box mod, pair valve removal and removed the diaphram at the bottom of the box as well. I am at a loss. I think it is possibly a bad map. But what do I know. If it was a jeep or suspension work I wouldn't have a problem, I don't know a hell of alot about motorcycles and mapping and all that junk.

man could be alot of things back track did you leave anything unhooked vacuum line did sparkplug wire come loose did you cap off air line or do the marble mod ..something fall in air box covering hole .. Be suprosed on what we miss when excited about new toys.. Also did map reset and now you have to reload brocks ..Just some ideas to check

OK, went back over it, all hoses are either blocked or capped, nothing in airbox. Checked plug wires and all. I loaded brocks map and it still runs like doo doo. I am gonna call Brock. Thanks guy's

If you have a TRE ,Remove it , then Re install Map but before you re install it go to the Tools Tab and hit the "Reset Button Values" feature located under “Power Commander Toolsâ€￾ on the Menu Bar located at the top of the Power Commander Control Center software is checked prior to loading the custom map. This is vitally important, as it's the ONLY way to ensure that the Power Commander will utilize and precisely follow the custom map that you’re loading. If it seems to run fine after that the re install your TRE . I just found out last week I had a Bad TRE ,so I just removed mine all together .

Thanks for all the help everyone. Well as I sit here kicking myself in the rear. I had a stupid vacume hose connected to the wrong place. I had one that should have been capped off on the senosor on the bottom of the air box and the one that should have been on the sensor capped off. Well, I switched them around and wow it run's fine now.
