I had someone work on my bike a couple months ago and this week was the fist time I really got to ride it after getting it back.  Today after riding about 60 miles I noticed oil dripping under the bike.  Freaked out, I dismantled the thing right in front of Dennys on Cave Creek.  There was oil everywhere and I could not determine where it was coming from so I wiped everything off with my shirt, went to Stubbs Harley (lame) and came back to my trailer.  Called the dude up and he suggested that my valve cover gasket may be leaking.  So...I took the air cleaner, throttle bodies, etc off and yes, there was seepage at the gasket.  I took the cover off and I think he may have pinched the gasket, fine whatever...I put it back together, wiped everything off again, and then ran it for about 5 minutes looking to see if any leaks still existed.  I revved it and held at 4.5K for a minute then let it idle for another minute then turned it off.  It never got hot and everything looked great after all the smoke cleared.  I continue puting more stuff back on and start it again.  A new leak!!!  This one coming from the little hole underneath the #4 cylinder exhaust port.  Could I have torked the valve cover down too much creating this problem?  Is it the head gasket?  Anyone have one they can send me?  How difficult is it to change?  Thank you in advance for the help.  I have never let anyone work on my bike before so I am a little sore.  I had the valves checked, small air box mod, and all the fluids and filters changed.  Dude told me how great shape the bike was in and that two of the valves needed a shim change and that was it.  The bike never leaked oil before having him work on it!  WTF?

are you sure it's not the valve cover and oil is rolling around cylinder #4.

Check your crankcase breather hose and make sure it's not pinched. If it's pinched or plugged it will push oil out from too much pressure.

Nothing coming out around the valve cover gasket now, only from the little hole under the exhaust port as shown in the photo.

Well, still thinking it's the head gasket, dealer trying to get me to bring it in so they can look at it. I think they are gonna tell me what I already think. Any thoughts?

That's werd.I checked the manual.Right behind there is a water jacket [below port].Unless there's a oil galley directly behind there.I can't find anything in the manual.Maybe someone has a head off and can look at that area.

You have oil inside the spark plug well on that cylinder .

It's either residual from before or a new leak .

Reseal the round rubber seals inside the valve cover .

I just got done figuring that out! Thank you and you were correct! I was up all night stressing out about the damn thing. When the valve cover went back on, the seal at the spark plug moved and therefore got sliced in half. This allowed oil to enter the spark plug area which in turn exited out the weep hole which is just under the exhaust port. Looks like Im goin riding! Thanks for the responses.
