just saw in ur sc meeting post that u booked room 202 at the phillips referring to the cottage i assume. i had booked cottage 202 on oct. 1 for thurs-mon.... i will call down tomorrow to verify but im afraid someone was double booked... i was double booked with justight in cottage 204 and then i found that out and booked 202. this is giving me a head ache already.......

ok, i just called down to the phillips and reba is out of town.  the gentleman there did confirm that the cottage was double booked and that reba had only set my reservation for april 24th instead of the 24th-28th like i had scheduled.  i was instructed to call back tomorrow and speak with her so that way we can get this matter cleared up....  now ive really got a head ache...

ok roc, just got off the phone with reba.  she made the mistake of marking my reservation in the book but not on her calender.  i do have cottage 202 for the bash and am honestly sorry that this happened.  she said that she always has cancellations so keep ur eyes posted and im sure something will come available way prior to the bash.  

again, this situation sucks cause i feel like a dik...  i will atleast get ya a couple beers!!!

204 thurs nite is booked. looks like we go on a waiting list for friday and saturday, but rebba reassures me someone will canx. I'm working it guys.
