Hi-Octane / Race Fuel

I know R&R and RTM have it from time to time... and heard that United Speed World and Extreme Honda did too.

So far, everyone I called today is out...

Where else can I locate 100+ octane fuel?

Isn't there a regular gar station on South Dale Mabry that sells 100 octane fuel?

Cecil, if you cant find a station that sells it, most drag strips do and most oil companies sell it, VP C-14, or C-16, good stuff! and a wonderful aroma!

Tinman, you're right! It was about $250-260 over here, I have a friend thats a dealer, He hill shoots with banshis, he's got a couple 200hp plus! This is all he runs in them.I run it in my mustang all the time so I knew it was good!

what kind of turbo ? Ghetto ? who does that kinda of work aroud the Tampa area ? Or did you do it yourself ?

There are two locations in Lakeland that sell it at Speedway Stations. One on Memorial Blvd and Wabash Right Off I-4 and One at Beacon and Hardin Blvd. $4.99 Per gallon for 100 Octane. That's all I run in my Softail. I travel to Tampa all the time ( Will be going to Dale Mabry and Gandy Tuesday) so if you can't get it I have a 55 gallon Drum and a Truck that will get it to ya. Just make sure you have a way to get it out of the back of the truck. Lemme know

I got a Velocity Racing Stage 2 kit with water injection and lowered compression via spacer plate.

Been working the bugs out... it's running real good now.

I had a gentleman in South Florida do the installation.

Since then, I have been working with Johnny "Turbo" Dorbin at Exotic Cycles in Sarasota... he's awesome!
He has really made a huge difference... I was ready to sell the bike before I got his assistance.
I never claimed to be a turbo guru... and I need help after the instal...

Right now... It is running so strong it scares me... in a fun finda way.

Yes, I got a new chain & sprockets set-up... 17/39 with a DID ZVM... so far so good.

The clutch.... I increased the stack height by .030 and it does not slip any longer.
This is a short term fix... gonna go with a 2-stage lock-up.

No probs on the avatar marine! Glad you got that LE sorted out, I could here the tension in your posts(I was waiting for the 04LE for sale post) LOL!!!! You will hear and feel the difference when you start running race fuel I promise! Keep it on the pavement and nice FUGGIN avatar man!!!! SEMPER FI!
