Highway/freeway or back roads

Where do you prefer to ride? I like riding on the highway but I prefer back roads. Gimmi a nice twisty country road anyday.

Depends on where I'm going at the time...
I prefer Highway/Freeway or even better, Interstates if I going a long distance...
However, If I'm just out for a ride around the area, then of course, a backroad everytime ...

I can appreciate the wide open freeway and my corner carving sucks. But I like the backroad hands down since that is where I find the best scenery and lost bits of Amearicana. So I am backroads all the way I prefer to drive the unknown stretch of road to the path more travelled (slight Robert Frost manipulation)

Back roads... two things about them that I just love:
1. Scenery is awesome on most of the ones I have found and rode.
2. They are never in a straight line... always seem to have twisties.

Gotta go w/ back country roads as long as they are barren and not riddled with hidden driveways and blind corners.

Highway to highway merging ramps are always fun though (long high speed sweepers).
