HMF exhaust question..

Does anyone know how you put the vector end caps on the pipes? Do you have to drill the rivets off??

On the older ones,you have to drill the hole larger and use their bolts, the newer ones,just unbolt and change the caps.

This is how mine came. I paid for vector caps installed and they just came in a bag. I dont think they put the right tip on.. Im pist now... But i love the way they look

Not to happy with them right now.... First i open the box and there is foam everywhere, one of the pipes had foam crap all over it was a pain to get off. Then there was no instructions. Now i got the wrong tips....

Just call HMF and ask them what to do. From the looks of the ones in the picture I would say that you need to drill the rivets and install the new caps, then re-rivet them. But call HMF to make sure.

They said they put the wrong ones on they are sending me the new ones. They sent me just the tips, so now they are gonna send the whole set up.... Thanks

The only thing that pisses me off is that i paid for the tips to be installed, i asked for a little money back but that isnt going to happen oh well it was still well worth it!!
