Homemade Bar Risers????

I have a set on order from Soupy's but need this done before this weekend and the set i ordered won't be here(Canada) on time. Does anyone know of a homemade alternative for a 1in riser? Something i can pick up from Home Depot or something?

If one were so inclined you could use PCV pipe or something as an alternative with longer bolts. Im not sure I like this option as strength would be questionable, but its possible.

One inch longer bolts and spacers or washers from home depot.

Maybe some big azz nuts or even a stack of washers?

There is a vendor on ebay that sells 1 inch aluminum spacers with the bolts for like $20 I have them and they work fine.

Get longer bolts that are on the stronger and thick wall aluminum tubing to match the bolts...a machine shop could turn them on a lathe or you could use a hack saw and make sure they are the same size...a bit of measuring and sanding could make them fit the profile. Just looking at an ebay ad they look like flat ends and common hardware with lock nuts

my thought..... before I micky mouse something in to place, which could be unsafe, look off or damage something on your Bike, I'd just leave as is till the right stuff shows up.
Maybe yes?
