Honda 929

The Honda 929 will be coming to the MGM on January 26. I just happen to work at the MGM so I will see it as it is unveiled. I will also go through the power point presentation of the bike as well. Who is interested in any info?

I have a yellow/black one on order and I am interested.
Sit on it if you can. I have not found anyone 6ft tall or taller that has actually sat on one. You could then compare it to the Busa for me.
If they don't let you--photos will do.

Do you have the powerpoint presentation? If so e-mail it. I know in Europe they released a Cd with the presentation.

The official honda site now has a full featured homepage on the bike. Complete with a couple of 5sec movies. Likewise the RC51.

RC51 has the same MSRP of $9,999. Check the Honda website (www.hondamotorcycles.com).

Both bikes were on display at the Long Beach show in November. No performance specs there of course, but I took as close a look as I could get (they were on display podiums so you couldn't sit on them). Both displayed the usual Honda fit & finish, very good quality. The 929's color scheme, standard Honda red & white, didn't jump out at me. But they are nice looking bikes overall. The 929 looks like another extremely tight performance package, generally very comparable to the ZX-9R and R1. That's not really news. MSRP for the 929 was $9,999...good bang for the buck. I didn't get the MSRP on the RC-51.

I will get everything I can when the Honda Arrives. I will see if they will let me sit on it. I'm exactly 6'0 tall so that should answer your question.I'll try and get photos too. I'm sure i can do that......and more............lol. Maybe they will have a video tape of it. If they do I will make copies and send em out...........
