Honda peice of $%$#

I worked on may bikes before, mostly GSXRs and yamahas. But today I lowered a Honda F4i. It took 3 times longer and almost made to wanta kill myself. Who ever designed that bike needs to be shot. Overall its a good bike but working on it took a killer 3+ HOURS.

1# Front tree clamp is poorly made and bar brackets aren't connected to the Triple Tree.

2# Rear Lower Link hits Shock "2.5 inch drop". Filing had to be done to shock.

3# Number of screws to remove and to work on rear lower link is horable. aswell as I had to remove the half system "exhaust" to let swingarm fold down.

Overall Im glad they came out with the 600RR, because that F4i makes my blood boil.

Try out the carbs, plugs and valve cover on an F4...I imagine the F4i is much the same (carbs aside, but I bet the throttle bodies are a b!tch)...as far as being infuriating anyway. Yeah, I feel for ya' man.

i agree , i had a f4 and who ever made this bike must be shot. i really never disliked any bike more then the f4.
