what and where do you get Honda Pro Shine, is this something I can get at a Honda motorcycle dealership or what.

any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thanks much

I've seen it for sale at every motorcycle shop I've visited, regardless of the manufacturer. If you don't live near a shop you can always order it online.

Every honda place I have been has it. Best thing honda ever made

Another vote for Zaino here. I thought it was ridiculous to pay that much for wax, but it goes a long, long way, and you get your money's worth. It lasts longer than anything I have ever used. I use it on my cars, too.

I use the detailer after each ride. and z5 and z2 once a month. It is spotless!

It is easier to get bugs off if they don't sit very long. The only time I have ever washed my bike was the day after I got it and it was absolutely covered in bugs from the 300 mile ride home.....

Makes 3 for Zaino. Great stuff. The Z6 and Z2 keep things extremely shiney and the Z5 will take the spider-webs out.

Yeah But uh, honda Pro-shine and a 3-M cloth? Costs $10 looks about 90% as shiny as Zaino, is actually a cleaner and takes all of about 10min.

Be REAL careful with the Pro-shine though and make certain your using plenty of clean cloths... I'll vote for Pro-Shine, it's all I have been using for the last year and half and I have very little spider webbing, and a bike that constantly gets positive comments such as "Man that thing is shiny" and "Dude how much time do you spend cleaning that thing?"

Zaino is a better finish, but Pro-Shine is fast Cheap and Effective. Especially if your not entering a show or something...

Well I must be sucking. MY bike gets washed about every other day and I just can't keep it clean. We have red dirt here in hawaii and it is hard to get out of cracks. you guys have any ideas how to get it out or keep it off? It isn't so much in the paint, but mostly in the swingarm and all the cracks around the axle bolt. Are there any products that can be sprayed on and pressure washed out to clean it really well?

Nope you don't suck in any special kinda way. There is all sorts of sand and crap here as well. My favorites are the small and large california car dusters. Sam's or Wallmart. Use the little one just for the wheels and swing arm and lower bits. DON'T get your wheels wet first, it just makes the brake dust stick. I think you'll be amazed at how well that little duster works to clean all the dust and dirt off with just a light wipe.

Then spend some real time loving your plastics, but don't sweat the little tiny detail areas, no one else is going to, your just wasting riding time. Microfibre cloths, Honda Pro Shine, and a large-N-Small Cali Duster. You can go from fugged to fine in about 10 minutes. No spider webs, and a good shine. NOT A ZAINO Shine, but a damn fine shine, that's good for a bike that is actually ridden. Maybe use a little Plexus on the windscreen.

I've been using Pro-Shine on the entire bike, windshield and mirrors included. Just make sure your using a clean cloth for these parts and wipe all of it off. Then all is good. May not be a zaino finish, but unless I'm parked no one is ever gonna know the difference. All they see is a very shiny black thing going on by.

I probably wouldn't buy Zaino just for a bike, but I had it already for the cars.

All I can say is that NOTHING beats it.

Nothing wrong with Honda polish , either though.
