hose

hello does anyone know the tech name for the hose on the gear front side of the motor runs from the top to the bottom and is a pressure hose?

would think it is a top or bottom radiator hose...that could be just me

its comes out of the engine and is a oil line if you take of the left fairing you can se it it is leaking out . thanks

from what you're typing,it sound like an oil line. That would be its tech name as well the oil line.

sorry cant really type well.. it is an oil line trying to look for it online it some out of the head above the manifold on the gearside goes down in the bottom half dont have the manual to get part number i have a smaller bike too it hasnt got this hose and welcomes are appreciated

there is permanant shop manual hosting on this site.

thanks man.. ive had this bike since 2001 and live in florida so i have 24000 miles on it and havent had to do anything to it and to see oil coming out of the sliders scared me but what a relief to see it was only a hose

get a shop manual click and follow the directions on the page.
