The only thing that box will do (if the chip in the box is even wired correctly) is suck voltage. The rest of the pins aren't wired to anything?

Ok, I'm not at all edumacated on electronical mechanisms, but that doesn't look like it would work at all. Two wire connected to a bar??? Hmmmm??? even one like myself should see there is something wrong here. I wonder how many were sold???
