How bad is this?

Sorry, trying to get the link to work. It's for an electronic "box" currently on E-bay promising 8-11 hp for around 20 bucks. The pics are unreal.

Some poor individual will actually pay money for that AND probably hack a little of his harness to install it.

I can't believe he shows pics of the internals. WAY to obvious. Clever, but in a twisted dishonest way. Basically a shunt in a box, disguised as an IC chip.
 
If you buy that, then you love these new pills. If you take them then get on your bike and twist the the throttle just a little harder..............I guaratee you'll go faster !!!!

I actually tried to contact him a while ago to see how it worked but nvr recieved an email. I remeber when i was bout 19 i bout one of those degree things for my 96 v6 mustangs....ok stop laughing so i can finish. Any way i paid 6 bucks plus 5 shipping for a capacitator. The only thing that box will do (if the chip in the box is even wired correctly) is suck voltage. The rest of the pins aren't wired to anything?

Ok, I'm not at all edumacated on electronical mechanisms, but that doesn't look like it would work at all. Two wire connected to a bar??? Hmmmm??? even one like myself should see there is something wrong here. I wonder how many were sold???
