How do I correctly Swap a Triple tree

This is a Roland Sands triple clamp and it won't fit on my 07 Busa even tho its the only one avail for the 99-09 Busa. HELP

I have never seen a triple tree that will fit both Gen I and Gen II

I could be wrong but it would be the first I heard of it.

Best I can remember the rsd tree is listed for 08+. I jacked the front of my bike up befor i pulled the tree, dunno if that matters much but its the way I did it. Rsd's parts unlimited catalog is avail on his site. Pashnit, jonreed and tobefast all deal rsd. Might talk to them.

Just looked as pashnits site. Says fits 99-09.

Jack front of bike up loosen the fork clamps. Dunno why its not lineing up mine slid right on.

I picked up the front and it dropped right on Thanks all for your reply and sorry for multiple posts in my experience with other site forums i had to use several posts and would be lucky to have one thread answered. I guess thats not the case here tho.

Looks like you have to remove the upper yoke nut. My guess is you leave the washer out and re-install the RS yoke nut on top of the clamp. Just how it appears from the image.
