How do you adjust the ECU ???

I did a search on adjusting the ECU and all I came up with was that a dealer or tech had to do it, is this correct?
I also have a Yamaha Warrior and the ECU can be adjusted by do it yourself from instructions off the RSWARRIOR.COM website. Many people,(myself included) have richened the fuel after putting on after market exhaust cause a pc111 is not really needed till you do an air system mod.

I would think that as long as the Busa has been out that if it's possible for us to do on our own, you guys should know.

Thanks, Lonestar

From what I know you cannot change the values of the stock ECU. Needs to be taken to a dealership... Then again I might be totally worng!!

The tuner for my bike reprogrammed mine with a box called a Teko (I think) after doing all my mods of course had to and let me tell you it is strong,  this weeked rode 315 miles on Sunday and not matter what gear, what RPM, what speed the bike is strong, no missing no back firing to nothing just power.  He does on Suzuki's with it.  I think he charges $ 55.00 and has a programs for gsxr1000's / 750's and of course the Busa.  No need for a powercommander if you have this done.  He is in Virginia but he can't be the only one that has this box.  I think it cost around $ 500.00 but you can flash as many computers as you want.

also can use a YOsh box to tune it. THey all cost about the same money so I don't know why someone wouldn't opt for a PC. THey are definitely worth the money.

most tunners have a yosh box or equivilent to reprogram an ECU and can do so on a Dyno or by trial and error. Get the PC so that you can play with it yourself and easily load new maps when you make other changes.
