How much does warranty cost

I'm new to the site and I just purchased an 05 le and want to purchase an extended warranty my local dealer quoted me 535.00 for a 3 year extension plus the inspection fee which I won't have to pay if I have them do the 600 mile service what would be a good price

i was quoted 645 for the suzuki 3 year extended warranty..with is a limited warranty

In 03', paid $499 for mine when I bought the bike. 48 month/unlimited mile Suzuki (GE administered). They probably still made $200 off me, that's ok. However, at 11,700 miles have yet to use it....nothing goes wrong and I ride it like it's stolen. If ya got the extra doe it makes for a little extra protection. Only really works well if you have a good relationship with your service department....otherwise, most people have struggled with the plan's performance.

Oneida Suzuki is supposed to offer it for $449 and Orange County Motorsports offers it for $489.

I paid $400 for mine in October 2005, but that's just outside of Philly (Cycle World, Cherry Hill, NJ). Don't have any place to work on it myself. For me, $535 ($15/month) = peace of mind.
