Last October I installed Micron full system on my Busa. Since then I’ve only put about 4000 miles on the bike because I have two. Yesterday I notices it getting louder and louder as the day went by. When I got home I took a close look at the muffler. Two of the four allen screws that hold the pipe end of the can on were missing. Then I notices that there was a hole in the side of the titanium can toward the back. I called Micron and thy told me to send it too them. Thy asked me how many miles were on the pipe and whether I had repacked it or not. I have not touched it other than installing it. Has anyone ells had anything like this happen to them?
How often do you repack your muffler?
