How to change the triple clamp

Anyone have any instructions on how to change the triple clamp? I just recieved my lowering triple tree and can't wait to lower the front to match the rear.

I had a hard time trying to remove the four bolts on the top of the clamp. I didn't relize that there was a very thin cap on top of the bolt. Which I removed with a thin knife

Its pretty easy.

Just make sure you have something to support the weight of the bike when you lower it. I suspended mine from the rafters in the garage with ratchet straps. You can lift the forks up in to the triple to adjust. Then tighten it all up and lower down from the rafters.

I removed my nose also there's four bolts behind it that you havve to loosen

that's my next project as soon as I can find a tripple tree I like.
