Step One

Get 1/4 steel and Weld up the Box. You can substitute the box for a drum but it needs to be at least 1/4 thick. No pansy 55 gallon drums here. They are too thin and will only last about a year.

Smoker box is all done. Welded the hinges on. Sucker weighs in at 250lbs.
 
Step 2
Find a nice thick drum and some bed frames. Old Air Compressor tanks work very very well. This is an old water tank. Used some aluminum bar stock that I had lying around. Notice the Hayabusa Bar ends for the door stop.

Step three
Hmmm, I need a stack. What can I use. Well I have the stock exhaust from my Stang so I will use that.

Step Four
Gotta mate the Smoker box to the grill. Cut the wall inside the grill wall for the heat and smoke can convect from the smoker boxx. Install the porcelin grates
