How to mortified air is on hayabusa 2006

Just whant to know how take the flaper outand how to cut the walls surrounding the valve

All I did was break the tabs holding the flap in, disconnect it from the vacuum valve, and put the valve back in with the vaccuum line connected. Works like a champ
