How to pull the motor?

I searched for it and I couldn't find it so don't kill me if it was already posted. I wanted to know how easy is it to pull the motor? I want to have my frame poweder coated and I can save about $2k in labor if I DIY. Can some one show me a how to DIY step by step? Or is there some one in the Chicago area who would love to give me a hand? PM me if needed. lease:

it's really not difficult to do. I cut a piece of would that bolts in place of the oil pan so I can have a flat surfacr for the jack. Take out the four mounting bolts and out it comes.
