How to set shift light?

I have a 2008 busa, and I would like to know how to set the light for shifting at the red line? I do not have a service manual or owners manuel. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a service manual and help out with the light indicator? Thanks.

Just shift when the limiter kicks in................
