Where I live the H is usually silent, providing the truncation from the W into the rest of the word, making it a "wooouuuuh" swoop instead of a quick "wuh" sound. H emphasis is blow lots of air out first: Where = "HUUUOOO-WAA-AIR" Get it? Ah, you know what I mean.
