Hump Pad

I am thinking of buying a New Image seat and including the pad that goes between the rider and the rear hump...

Does anyone have this set up and if so what are your thoughts????? Comfortable?? No difference?? Worse???

Have it and use it for long rides. Looks good, too. For more spirited rides I remove it, but I'm 6'3" with long legs.
