I don't know if this has been posted yet, but many of us have looked to Pashnit's pages for Tobin's contact info.  I found his actual page, updated in 2006 and it is schweeeet!  Saw a couple of scoots on there that looked familiar!  So if you are looking for Tobin (or one of his seats):
