I got stung!

Whatever it was must have hit my sleeve and left the stinger in the sleeve. Didn’t feel the hit. After stopping for a drink I felt the sting as I moved my arm. My cuff was still tight so I couldn’t figure how something got inside my sleeve. Pulled my sleeve up and saw the stinger and quickly removed it. Never saw its parent. Still sore and red after I got home so I’m icing it up.

Hi. Way back in the days passed I had a 3/4 helmet and a bee went in my mouth and I got stung. An other time with a full face I had the visor up and the bee went in side of the helmet I could here it buzzing around and I got stung when I took off the helmet.

Seems like they like you.!!

Same happened to me, went inside the helmet and stung me on my ear. Allergic to bee stings. So when I got home, my 4 year old son looked at my ear, twice its normal size and said: "Daddy, is that going to stay like that forever?"

Whatever it was, was probably female...
lmao

Whatchutalkinboutwillis?

When I was a kid I hopped onto a hay bale and squashed a wasp or yellow jacket (same color as the hay bale) with the palm of my hand. That really hurt. The last time I was stung was on my first multi state tour on my ‘70 CB750-4 in 1974. Was a hot day as I rode up the White Bird grade in Idaho, the old one. Wearing a T shirt under a leather vest (no gear) I felt a sharp pain in the lower middle of my back. I thought I’d been shot it hurt so much. Stopped and looked in a mirror and saw a big red mark. Made some mud with canteen water (before bottled water) and applied same. Cool and soothing to begin with and as it dried the ‘wound’ felt much better.

One of my superpowers is finding bees, lmao
I have been stung so many times that I've lost track, and I think 21 times is most at once so far.

I had an odd thing happen last summer....while standing talking to a neighbor I had water on my hands and a bumblebee landed on one of my hands to drink....the neighbor stepped back in fear and I told him to stay calm as the bee wouldn't sting if I didn't startle it....

It drank and flew off......probably knew I had the Hayabumblebee in the garage and was a kindred spirit...
