Onerabidshark called me and said the local dealership got one. We met up at Kawasaki after work and checked it out. Pretty nice. It was blue and with the cowl on the seat it looks a lot better. The display is pretty nice. Has a lot of options. I didn't get to sit on it. The shifter looked pretty weird being that the connection was in front of the foot instead of being next to the foot or behind it. It looked as if it was backwards. We got to meet the guy that bought it. He was pretty cool. He said he would call us and go ride. He admitted that he like the busa styling better but didn't want to buy it since he heard there might be a change. He said he would trade in the ZX if the Busa got a redesign. He hasn't riden in like 15 years so he said it would be a while before he got on it any. The salesman said they were only getting 3 so hopefully the next guy will be a bit more expierenced and want to race. I was really hoping the guy would want to race and we could get it on video but it doesn't look like it is going to happen anytime soon. If he comes to bike night I will get some pics.

Haven't seen any at dealerships but saw one at a cycle show back in February. Its nice for what it is and in my mind the reviews of it are pretty similar to the busa. I just think the teardrop design is a step backwards for Kawasaki. I like the overall design of the Busa way better, heck I like the previous designs on the Kawi's better than now. I am anxiously awaiting to run into one of the street, would love some real world testing.

my dealer had red,black.blue but i still love my busa. i like the looks just the stock cans are ugly as hell. it does fell lighter then a busa.
Nothing to do but sell the busa and go out and buy one!

Saw it at the NYC Cycle Show, and it wasn't bad with the seat cowl. Only thing I really don't like is the exhaust.

Saw one yesterday for the first time. The all black does minimize the grill and it looks good from the side. but when i took a look at it from the front, it was OH MY God. the front view just has to many things going on it is oversized and way too many lines. and when i look at it from the front the wide tail does not help the streamline look of the bike. Don't know about the performance but I like the way my busa looks a lot better.
It does look better in person, but not good enough to take over a Busa. It does make me like the Busa that much more!!!

I didn't really get down and look but it looks like the exhaust had chrome covers on the wide can area instead of being the can itself and the holes in the back of the can gotta go. IMHO

Found the picture of the bags (or rather made one).I heard there was a picture of one with saddlebags. The bags have additional grills for the larger family size cookout. Anyone have a pic
I still don't like them.
