I have now released an album

After picking up the guitar in 2007, and attempting and failing at learning how to play it in the style of music of my choice (metal), I have now found a genre of music which I CAN play.

And that is Ambient Space Music.

I recorded a full hour of what you hear in the sample below.

5-min Sample

Coming soon to an iTunes store near you, the awfulness of my first artistic attempt.

My Titanic Grave.png

good soundtrack for a suspense movie:beerchug:
The image that came into my mind while recording stems from talk around the time the Titanic sank; some thought it was possible that people could still be alive in the wreckage, trapped inside air pockets within the hull.

Thus, my album name and artwork. I'm kinda proud of the artwork, as it's my first serious work in Photoshop.

I put in some ear buds and was sorta zoning out...getting into it (the Titanic Grave one) and that first CLANG sound nearly scared the shinasta outta me!

Pretty cool stuff man!

That 'CLANG' was actually pulling back and releasing the bridge adjustment spring on a strat-style hardtail, followed by the harmonic tones of my G-string...

Horrible pun intended.

On iTunes NOW. :beerchug:

Here's a preview of my second album attached. (MIDI output from GuitarPro)

I'm releasing the entire album in 96k for free on torrent. So if anyone wants to listen to the whole thing, they can. LINK I figure the anti-DRM model will get me more purchases.

If you want higher quality, well, that you gotta pay for.

FLAC version available via e-mail, AAC via iTMS, mp3 via Napster and Amazon.

Hard at work banging out horrible riffs for the next album.
