I have swimmers ear

Ouch!!! This sucks... It was a beautiful day today, and I have swimmers ear. It hurts just putting on my helmet. Okay, so it didn't stop me from riding all sorts of twisty roads (I FINALLY got rid of my front chicken strip) with my bud Ryan. Found a fun road near Lexington, it's Rt 60. Ryan said it's very Deals Gap like, so I should be fairly prepared for this weekend!!!


I'M GOING TO THE GAP FRIDAY BABY!!! WHOOO!!!!!!


Anyway, I hope my swimmers ear is gone by then, cause this sucks...

If you use foam ear plugs, you have to be anal about throwing them out every time you use 'em and never use the same pair twice.

It would flare up and then recede about every three or four months. Very painful for a week or 10 days and then it would recede. Hot packs on the ear followed by ice packs did the most good until the doc gave me the otic. Then I could keep the flareups down to a day or two as long as I started using it right away.
