I hit a deer

About a half a mile from home he jumped off an embankment right into the front of my truck.

At first I thought I only had a broken turn signal lens, but when daylight came I noticed the grill

I don't know the deer's fate, but he did run off...

Ebay is really good with those parts, I have a 99 Durango and I have found all kind of parts like that cheap. Glad you are okay bro.

that's minor damage, gives the truck a little character Consider yourself lucky as it appears you can replace the headlight and grill and be done with it. Even the minor car deer collisions I see on a regular basis are much worse than that. And had your bumper impacted his body mass, you might have blown the airbags. Happens frequently.

Dang, I'm glad to see it was the truck not one of your bikes. The impact doesnt look too bad and I second the ebay thought. They typically have tons of stuff. If you cant find it, maybe there is a local pick and pull yard?

Ya had me going too, Don! I can relate, I posted it last summer when I had a deer run into the side of the Busa while on the way to work. Glad that you are ok!
